at each level, therefore your trainer tells you &quot;i can<br/>
not train you at this time&quot; or whatever it says, which<br/>
is saying, you&#39;ve already maxed this out.  Keep that<br/>
in mind, and take a look at your points in a skill. <br/>
They&#39;ll most likely be stuck at an integer of 5,<br/>
because they go up 5 per level.  Hope this helps..<br/>
