Then why has GZ at Verant admitted alliance is so weak that the affect is
extremely hard to notice. It does have an affect, buy an item worth 100pp
or more, and you can see a copper or 2 difference. Thats about it. If your
going to disagree with nearly every enchanter in the game, please provide
some evidence.

I'll tell your right now it works... The fun about not
telling you folks is that you can't use it unless you
try more and figure it out. I'll tell ya right now it
takes a lot of times and expeirement. It helps me a
lot especially for traveleing.
