Subject: enchanters can't be THAT tough...player made level 50

I read on one of the websites today that an enchante,r from the same
guild as the other guy that made it this week, has reached level 50!!!!!

Also of relevance to our jewelry trade:

E3 NEWS FROM BRAD MCQUAID 10:15AM PST- Brim Baastain
Den Dragon from EQSS received the following information from Brad
McQuaid and Andy Sites of Verant, at E3:
1.A massive revision to trade skills and the manners in which they
function will be implemented through an important patch to be released
approximately 2 months from now.
2.Rogue poisoning skills will be implemented soon.

3.There is currently "no chance" of a Brownie, Pixie or Faerie race,
due to the logistics of playing such tiny characters.

4.There is absolutely no confirmation of an EverQuest port for the
PlayStation 2 at this time.

5.Over the course of the next few months, a number of new zones will
be created on the existing continents within the current release of
EverQuest. For hints as to potential names and approximate locations for
these new areas, see our original news posting on this topic from nearly two
weeks ago (New Zones?, Tuesday, May 4).

1> Whirl is now broken by using any type of stun on the creature
that is
spinning. So if someone bashes, or kicks, or you use one of your
direct
damage spells that has the mythical stun component it WILL break out
of
Whirl.

2> Memory Blur USED TO be unresistable! Even GZ stated that was
reason he
liked it. Now it's POINTLESS. It does LESS than Mes, because it
doesn't hold
them in place at all AND it also can be resisted AND it costs more
mana!

This gimping of the Enchanter is REALLY STARTING TO PISS ME OFF!
One of the
highest level enchanters on Tarew Marr (Mixelplux, level 24) is
quitting his
char because of it. This is totally insane.
