Yes, two important differences here:
against Agressive beasties, only use mez, because mem blur is useless,
since you will most likely just be targeted again. against very very
high level thigns, such as a loose giant, Mez is useless, which is where
Memory Blur is a svaing grace, or was. I read in a psot today that
someone was still able at lvl 16 to mem blur a loose Sand Giant.
