I have had whirl, just this morning, last for less then 2 seconds, 7
times in a row. It never lasts full duration at all, and I am fighting
blues, totally. Risky or dangerous, doesn't seem to matter.
Memory Blur is what I would deem a get out of Jail free card. It is a
second chance basically. Against Non Agressive beasts, it is a do-over.
It stops them in their tracks, and makes em forget. It doesn't freeze
them like mez does. But, my big use for it was saving a beach full of
Croc surfers from the wet sandal fate. Up comes the big hill giant, out
goes the Memory Blur, bingo! Instantly make 20 new friends =) I don't
think I will try this much now, considering the giant will resist me.
That was the only situation I found it useful for.
