If you follow the 'rules' of jewelcrafting that say that you should work a
stone for 2 skill points, you won't be making jade rings til skill level 36.
I'm not sure what stone you should be working on at 23 skill. Start at about
bloodstone, buy one each of bloodstone and the 2 or 3 after it, make jewelry
from each and work the first one that doesn't say it is trivial. When that
stone says it is trivial, move to the next more expensive stone.
