In the third zone (Called 3rd gate) there is a library. I recall it
having big wide steps and a blue neon symbol. The center vendor on the
first floor of the library has all the enchante metal spells. Anyone
can buy them, but you can only carry one copy of each spell in your
inventory, including the bank I think, so don't try to buy one for a
friend too.
