Freeport gate...right-clicking on it tells me it&#39;s a Lore Item.<br/>

Anyone know of the person who initiates this quest?<br/>

Thanks for any tips or spoilers.  (I&#39;ve run out of room in my bank vault to<br/>
store things, so I need to complete a few quests.<br/>
