guild before you get to the ghouls before you go through the wall and by<br/>
the water there is a building on your left which I think of as the<br/>
library.  There are 3? merchants on the bottom and a couple on top.  The<br/>
one in the center has the enchant metal spells.  Cost me 4.5 plat.<br/>

I&#39;ve heard an ongoing rumor that the Enchant Silver spell was only sold<br/>

Neriak...well, I have a dark elf necro level 16 so I know Neriak pretty<br/>
well. I&#39;ve been all over Neriak in all spellcasting guilds and all the<br/>
shops<br/>
I could think of that could be somewhat related...nothing..<br/>
Can somebody confirm / deny this rumor and tell me where to get the<br/>
spell in<br/>
Neriak?<br/>
