Yikes! OK, here goes...
Go to freeport, head out west through the East commonlands, and the
west. Since this is your first time to high Hold, I guess you are low
level, so stay south all the way in the sand through all of West if you
can. Pick up the road at the end of the zone, you might want to use
invis just to be safe...
Once you zone west of the west commonlands, you will be in kithicor
forest. Hug the right wall around till you find a hold in the side of it
(takes awhile) This is the entrance to rivervale, the Halfling city.
Might be a good place to get bound just in case. Keep going around in
the same direction till you get to a mountain pass, which will be the
zone for high hold. from this side there are lots of nasty Orcs that
spawn right at the entrance. Be careful! if you zone, and see no people
in there, you better just stay invisible! From there it is kind of a
wandering match till you find the keep, and enter it to a new zone, High
Hold Keep.
