Subject: Re: Pet fighting strategies - questions

Hmmm...Dark elf...If it were in-game, I wouldn't help you out. But in
the interests of a good mailing list, I'll go ahead and put in my two
cents worth.

Our pets only attack things that attack us first. Also, they don't
follow commands. We have sort of a moving bodyguard that doesn't listen
to advice.

Try different views. I haven't done it yet, but I'm pretty sure the
overhead view would provide an EASY way to mouse-target opponents.

I have. That was a hairy trip. Thought I was going to die, and would
have, if not for the intervention of a Troll Shadowknight named Torgo.
Made me re-think my opinion of trolls.

Our pets aren't guaranteed to work well in dungeons, but are better to
have than not have. Just get used to buying those tiny daggers. I now
have about 60 I keep in the bank, plus a supply on my person. Makes
visiting Qeynos a little easier.
