You might do a /who all enchanters to see all the enchanters in the
world and look for those in Erudin. You could then /tell someone and
ask if they would pick you up some if coming to Qeynos.

I dont think you can buy the daggers in Qeynos..but a shot boat ride to
Erudin and you buy a bunch from the echanter guild there
