To give all of you a frame of reference, my level 10 Enchanter has
jewelcraft skill of 37 and a success rate with jade of 3 out of 8. All
attempts were at skill 36 or 37, as I did the stones in order. 37% is
a poor showing compared to some of the success rates I've heard.
