Not ENTIRELY true. There is a quest to make a peacekeepers staff in
erudin.
It is a decent weapon for a young priest or Paladin. Its a two-handed
staff
with a 6 DF and 27 Delay and adds +10 charisma when equipped. But its
not
available to most players, and is completely useless for anyone but a
cleric
warrior or paladin.
