Well runed totem staff can be occasionally gotten off the high shaman
gnolls, Fine steel staves can be acquired of various lvl 20+ monsters like
dry bones or the caciz thule lizards. Those are only places I know of to get
those things.
Also does anyone have any more information regard research????
