IMHO this is absolute crap (on verants part). Enchanters should be able to get the best price for everything, mainly because CHA is our primary stat. It should have SOME other advantage

It is 105. With a faction of Indiff and a Chr of 105, you can get the best price that vendor will offer. My Ranger carries a pair of Golden Cat's Eye Bracers, Crude Stein, and Opaline Earring to get a Chr of 109. I can always get my faction to Indiff with Sneak.
