You can only raise it to 21 or 22 something like that from your guildmaster. After that, you have to pay the piper. If you enchant all the bars when your training you can REALLY cut down on the money spent.

As usual from time to time this group gets questions on jewelry.

Poll: I noticed you can pay your guildmaster to increase your skill in jewelry (when you have skill points). Since it is so expensive to make it and time consuming, does anyone think itd be better just to pay the piper and up the skills and get it from the guildmaster or just sit and do jewelry?
