Subject: new robe


I am looking around for a new robe for my enchanter.  I currently wear an Oracle Robe.  Originally I had thought to get a SMR, but am told there are others to choose from these days that are as good or better.
 
Can anyone give opinions on this?  Also where to camp them and/or prices? lvls of mobs?
