You can stop killing goblins (for now, at least). To improve your factions
with the crusaders, there is a trooper in the field of bone that you can
turn bone chips in to that will give you faction with the crusaders, as well
as + faction with the residents of calibis. I've heard that the factions
gained are very substantial... I've collected over 100 chips with my troll
and am hoping this will be enough to move into calibis and be able to buy
and sell (you cant talk to the merchants with dubious factions)
