By quest spells I mean quests you can do to bypass buying the spells. Clerics have a few of these quests and I'm sure other classes do to. It's just a lot easier if you can quest for your spell at the low levels when restarting on another server. Thanks for the info though.

The Iksar spell was the first 'Quest' spell but there are certain spells we have to go into a particular place to get.
Example.
All our Pet spells starting with level 8 are in High Hold Keep.
All our Metal enchantment spells are in the library in Neriak.
Our Enchant Mana spells are either in OOT or the Brownie Village in Fay.
Our Breeze (Low level Clarity line) is in the city at Firona Vae

For an enchanter all these spells are easy to get. For another they might be considered risky quests.

Well I just started a Erudite Enchanter and my main was a necro. Curious but
are there any spell quests for enchanters at low levels, or even mid levels?
Doesn't matter what city either.
