The normal answer for a poor enchanter is "Stein of Moggok". You can do
it in under 4 hours (less if you know someone who teleports), and it
should net you 200pp or so. Someone told me they'd changed the factions a
few patches ago, so you can't do it until you get Illusion:Ogre. Anyone
have current info on whether a L12 can still do this quest?

A better answer is "level up". Don't bother with jewelcraft until you're
mid-30s and have lots of money.
