An enchanter can throw a throwing dagger and, I think, a shuriken. Put one
throwing weapon in your thrown weapon slot (on the inventory screen where
your armor and weapon are) and any extras in your ammo slot. To throw, use
the ranged attack button from your combat buttons. Different thrown weapons
have different ranges. You don't get the weapon back. It can be an
expensive hobby.
