If you go to the dead side entrance to lower guk, then head towards the live
side entrance, you'll cross some water, a pool with an island in the middle
and planks heading off in 3 directions: towards the dead side entrance,
towards the live side entrance, and a 3rd way that ends in kind of a dike,
you have to climb down some ladders into a white lowered area. If you
follow the tunnel out of there, you'll come to a big square room with 4
alcoves on the sides and a sunken area in the middle (man, surely someone
can describe how to get there better than I can, hehe). The priest spawns
in that sunken area, and the couple times I've been there he was there and
had the rod. There's another way there, around the other direction that
comes into the room from another tunnel, but I'm really not very familiar
with that area of UG. Hope that made sense.
