Go to cazic thule, definately. Your enchanting skills will be HIGHLY needed
there. You'll also be getting some fine steel weapons and relatively decent
loot, and if you get into the right group you'll be amazed at the
experience. If you feel at home in CT, you'll be there until level 35 at
least.
