Well I don't think it is an enchanter item but if it is to be found in Kithicor woods then it is most likely found at the Ranger station Loc -321, 3878.
I strongly recommend you get a tracker (such as a Ranger) to help you and the NPC you might be looking for is Krile Arrowsmith
I confess I have not been to this building since the Undead took over Kith.
The only magic bows made that I know of (from quests) are the Trueshot longbow and the Raincaller bow.
The Raincaller bow is made by an NPC Enchanter in Felwithe and since it is in our Guildhall this might be where the rumor started.
Or maybe it is a new thing and we have a new toy :)
Even though our Tiny daggers used to use the Archery skill this seems unlikely to me though.

According to my sources this is for an enchanter, called a pine needle bow. Just wanted to know if it is still in Kithicor and If so where?

Only one I know is for rangers but they need an encahter for one of the components on thier Quest to get it made.

Just found out that there is a bow for an enchanter in kithicor, if you can find the vendor that sells it.
If anyone knows anything about this please let me know.
Just thought it would be neet to have if it is still there.
