You may need benevolence, but it will not be with
Mizn. He should be neutral to you, as should all the
other vendors except for one. The one to look out for
is on the second floor standing directly over Mizn.

Go in to the library invis and click on this guy, walk
out, turn off invis, and con. Try it with the other
vendors so you can confirm this information for the
list.
