I've cleaned out my e-mail box a bit and have lost the going thread about
these bracers. What are the stats on the bracers? Who can wear them?

I've overheard the conversation many times, but could never seem to get a
solid quest out of it. Has anyone done the quest? If so, for the sake of not
repeating information on the list, can someone e-mail me the details?
