the 2nd ring (forgive me I forget the name) in akanon if you go to the<br/>
magic user area (you&#39;ll know it when you find it) and take the first<br/>
cubbyhole to the right, there is the enchanters room and one of the<br/>
merchants will have it there.  <br/>
