The only way he found them in qeynos is because someone sold it to a vendor.
They are in high hold. That's it. Take a hike.
I did it when I was fourth level to get Pendril's. The next day juli's and
pendril were at ever vendor everywhere.
I don't regret the trip. It was great, and really scary for a 4th level
(hey, everything conned red:)
