Afraid I don't know this one.

The large racial illusions give you the bash ability and the troll illusion
increases HP regeneration, but not much beyone that.

Basically, Alliance and Benevolance will increase your faction by a definate
amount with the faction group of the NPC targeted. The facion increase may
or may not be enough to raise it a level, though in most cases it is, unless
you're trying to increase a scowls faction. It has no effect on any other
faction, and lasts until you zone.

I play an agnostic gnome enchanter, and he can enter Neriak without any
illusions (though most NPC don't really like me a whole lot). I'm KoS in
both Grobb and Oggok.
