hehe, as of right now i can get my CHA to 170 with the buff and jewellery,
but i sacrifice 15 or 20 INT. without all the extra jewellery, it's
120something with only the buff. if i am solo, i go with INT. if i am with
a group, more often i go with CHA because all i do is crowd control and i
can med during fights.
