Oggok - Underneath Warriors guild
Qeynos - underneath UFO
Erudin - fountain between 3 mage guilds
Halas - Ledge in that big lake
FP- underneath floating mage guild
neriak - in the water outside a window which is to the Blind Fish.
Kaladim - in a tiny pool outside a castle
Akanon - the very end of the city by the waterfalls by a gear (above water)
felwithe - i dont remember but since there is little water in felwith it should be relatively easy to find.
