I think its Great. It was obvious from the faction hits that the object was
supposed to be a difficult to obtain, semi-rare item. Instead people make
mule characters or run the quest and then use bones to buy back faction,
thats stupid. If you kill any of the guards or people of the intelligent
races you should basically be KOS permanently with no chance to get to any
positive karma and only to get neutral by some horrifically time consuming
quests. "Working" the faction system sucks bigtime. I also thing that any
quest which provides so much in the way of rewards that it becomes all
anyone ever talks about needs nerfing.
