LORE doesn't mean no drop no trade

Lore mean u can only have one of such item in your poession you can still
drop and trade them as is the case for BBC which is Lore

if a item is no drop no trade most would say so...
exceptions: Paladins testimony of truth, H.K 102 key in soulfire quest
