Pretty much all spells have their uses, notable exceptions: sense magic,
and identify (though they are nice for raising your divination skill)

All spells except the following are available from all enchanter
vendors: level 8+ animations, enchant metal spells, certain spells above
level 16, as these are research only (some are available from other
guilds (levite, disempower,etc..)
