It has nothing to do with mana. I have seen that discription before it is
wrong. You cast the spell on yourself or another player and when you are
hit they take 11 damage. It is like the Thron one for Driud/Ranger and I
dont remember what the one for the Mage is like it does the same thing
though. There was a bug before that if they hit you and died do to that
damage from it the corpse would disappear.
