1) is it implemented yet?<br/>
<br/>
2) if so, where do i get it? (i was in qeynos and my trainer guy didnt have<br/>
it listed, and i am lvl 21)<br/>
<br/>
3) i hear it cripples all your other disciplines (ie, if you take<br/>
alteration as a specialization, all your other casting discliplines cant go<br/>
any higher then 51 or something)<br/>

any help appreciated, as i dont have the time at work to scour the internet<br/>
looking for the answers, i gotta make a game!!!! hehe =)<br/>
