You could always just make another character of the same class and race
and check its stats. If you did not use the points it WILL affect you.
Start a new enchanter and make sure to be agnostic this time around,
too. I didn't know about the agnostic thing so I get treated badly in
the far corners of the globe, even if I do shape shift to the local
race.
