Nah, that's qey2qrg = Qeynos Hills. It stands for "Qeynos to Qeynos
Rangers Guild". West Karana is qey2hh1 (Qeynos to Highhold 1). I guess
North Karana and East Karana missed out on being called qey2hh2 and qey2hh3 :)
