Enchanted Koada-Dal Mithril Plate collar.  It has AC 9, and +3 STR and +4<br/>
Cha.  Might be tough finding a smith who makes it depending on your server.<br/>

 Have to agree -- until you start a serious charming career, go with<br/>
strength.  It is probably most important at lower lvls too because you wear<br/>
heavier armor then.  <br/>
