actually means but it refers to weapons that cast a spell.  so bards with<br/>
polished granite tomahawks and staffs of writhing will be quite happy.<br/>

The only bard related changes i saw this was up on eqv..now we gotta use<br/>
mana to SING? sheesh lets try to make bards a totally useless class. =(<br/>
