It will be interesting to see if Verant takes any action. Considering their
policy opposed to E-bay - but the issue that E-bay is too big and
complicated to police - and the level of anonymity etc. These people are
easy to find and would be trivial for them to police.

If I was the EQ Product Producer - and I was sincere in this policy - I'd at
the very least have my legal department (I'm sure Sony at least has no
shortage of these on staff!) send a cease-and-desist order!
