You specialize in certain schools, evoc, div, alter, whatever. Nobody knows
how it affects your spells, it may reduce the amount of mana the spell uses,
increase the dmg, decrease casting time.... Also you can get
specialization at lvl 20, not 22. And lastly it hasn't been implemented
into the game yet.
