I soloed from lvl 7 to 10 on the dwarf skeletons in BB.. there's a place in
the mountains that looks kind of like a mini-stonehenge that has 4 spawning
dwarf skeletons. I'd suggest that until 9 or 10.. then you can goto
steamfront by the huge gear and fight the skeletons there until 12.. I was
getting about a lvl a day that way.. about 5 hours a day.. I was mostly just
killing a skel, then watching TV while medding.. not terrible exciting, but
it's effective.
