The simplest way to do it if you are at Erudin is to go to the docks and
fish.. while fishing target the Shark (don't go in the water) and cast your
combat spells... it will cause your evoke to go up and it will also speed up
the casting time with out the inherent danger of hunting (plus the added
bonus of fishing).
