To BIND OTHERS you have to be INSIDE the city ZONE, so if you go INTO the
gnome city it will work. You can bind yourself anyway though.
Feelwithe and Keletin are exceptions. I think because Kelethin is IN GF
ZONE. and Felwithe you have to be right out front.
I know this cus same thing happened to me, and when I went INTO the Gnome
city the BIND on the other person took fine.

Any ORC that is close to or higher than you LVL will attack you and try to
kill you. Especially if you are Meditating.
Once you are high enough lvl they will leave you alone.
