It IS available in the library in Erudin, that's where I bought mine. It's
on the third floor.
I didn't find much use for this spell however, except I want them all, it
looks nice, and it's our first conjuration spell I think.
It would be a good spell to go explore underwater areas, if only it lasted
longer. As it is, it didn't even last long enough to reach the bottom of
the sea at the end of the dock in Queynos.
