Seek out towns of races which can create wizards. (ie High Elf, Human,
Gnome, Eudian, Dark Elf etc.) They all will have wizards guilds. going to
Kelethin (Wood Elf) or Kaladim (Dwarves) will not do any good because they
cant become wizards.
