Not that hard to get to. Goto ButcherBlock mountians, run downt he road and
turn left at the crossroads not right, and you will be taken to dagnors, run
down the funnel thing over the hill past the NPC camp and skirt the
coastline. DO NOT run along the top of dagnors, or you will be taking some
pretty big falls off of there (my wiz did a swan dive for 413 damage and
went splatt)

Keep running along there till you see a Aqua Gob Camp, from there it is
usualy safe to run along the flat part untill you see a cave, thats the
entrance to unrest.

But watch out for aqua gob tidal lords, lvl 25+ monsters I think. On Mith
mar atleast, Unrest has been PACKED,, 55+ people last sunday, you will be
waitign for spawns alot and get mad bored. I left Unrest, doing lvl 17 in
Oasis (fast exp there), then moving on to Permafrost or Najena next.
