Well, EQVault has the Magic Shop message board. Not totally dedicated to
wiz's but close.
I personally like having this stuff in my mail box. I have my filters going
and that works great for me.

I got sick of reading the boards since once they get populated it just
takes forever to load.

Just my 2cents.
